Eligibility: The “I CAN ONLY IMAGINE 2” contest (the “Contest”), sponsored by Kingdom Faith Marketing Services (“Sponsor”), is open to legal residents of the United States who sign up for text message updates from Kingdom Faith Marketing Services (each referred to herein as “Entrant” or “You”). Entrants must be 18 years of age as of their date of entry in the Contest in order to qualify for the Contest. The Contest is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law.
Agreement to Rules: By entering the Contest, You agree to abide by the Sponsor's Official Rules and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. By entering this Contest, You represent and warrant that You are eligible to participate based on eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Contest Rules. You also agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of the Contest.
Contest Entry Period: The Contest begins on September 25, 2025 and ends at midnight on January 1, 2026.
Prizes - Grand Prize (1 Winner): The Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to attend the film premiere of I Can Only Imagine 2 (the “Grand Prize”). The premiere is currently scheduled to take place in January or February 2026 (date subject to change at Sponsor’s sole discretion). The Grand Prize will include round-trip airfare for two (2), standard hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy), and admission for two (2) to the premiere event. In lieu of arranging travel and accommodations directly, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, provide a cash stipend intended to cover airfare, hotel, and other expenses related to attendance. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: [$1,800] USD.
Additional Prizes (100 Winners): One hundred (100) winners will each receive two (2) tickets to see I Can Only Imagine 2 during its opening weekend, currently scheduled for February 20, 2026 (the “Additional Prizes”). ARV of each Additional Prize: [$30] USD.
No Substitution/Name and Likeness: Except as expressly provided herein, there shall be no cash or other prize substitution permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. You, should you be selected as a Winner, agree that Sponsor shall have the right to use Your likeness, entry, and name for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
Odds: The total number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning.
Selection and Notification of Winner: The Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. The Sponsor will notify the Winner by email or direct message within five (5) business days following Winner’s selection. The Sponsor is not responsible for, nor shall Sponsor have, any liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to email security settings that may cause notifications to be marked as spam or junk email. Nor shall Sponsor be liable for the Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner 1) fails to claim the prize within five (5) calendar days from the time the award notification was sent; 2) is found ineligible pursuant to the Official Rules; or 3) does not complete and return an executed declaration and release within the specified timeframe, then the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner may be selected.
Terms & Conditions: In its sole discretion, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Contest should non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond the Sponsor’s control, impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the Contest.
Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry will be used solely by Sponsor and MercyMe for administration of this Sweepstakes and, where applicable, for inclusion on Sponsor’s proprietary email and text message lists. Information will not be sold to or shared with third parties. Entrants may receive emails or text messages regarding other Sponsor or MercyMe projects. You may opt out of receiving future emails by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in any email communication and may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
By entering this contest, You have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules listed above.
